“We chose this option as opposed to taking a taxi to the train station from the airport. The train was broken and we had to take a taxi anyway—which cost quite a bit. This company has not refunded our tickets even thought their train was broken. Buyer beware! You will lose money using this option. You’re better off just scheduling a taxi from FCO.”
