“The Pompeii guided tour was superb. The tour was conducted by a local guide who was formerly an archeologist. Her explanations were easy to understand, her english was very good and the audio headsets worked well. Caution: The tour description says it goes along the Amalfi coast. In our case it didn't, it stopped short, in Sorrento. Sorrento is a lovely place, though, just not Amalfi. Also, the bus had a lot to be desired - the air conditioning was inconsistent; being a sight seeing tour, visibility was unsatisfactory, especially for those in the rear seat (4 passengers of which I was one) who had no windows at all, and…”

“Fun experience! Everything was smooth- very personable guides with great knowledge and communication skills. We had a very nice lunch and then had ample time in Pompeii with the guide showing us the highlights and excellent information. The coach was very comfortable and made a stop each way for bathroom breaks. I had considered booking my own train and guide to save a little money but this was not much more and everything was taken care of so I was very glad I chose this tour. Also included a drive through Naples and stopped overlooking Mt Vesuvius and the coast- got a good feel for the city and some history…”
