“Overall the tour was very good. The tour guides were excellent. Our tour in Pompeii was super. The two things that weren't good was the lack of coordination on the pick up time on the first day. A driver showed up at our hotel at 6:30am in the morning and no one from the tour company told us he was coming and when. The second issue was at the end of the first day in Sorrento we had to sit on a bus for an extra 1.5 hours as it dropped people off at 5 different hotels. It was long, slow and frustrating as the roads in Sorrento are narrow…”
