She then said hold on and had us waiting for 20 minutes. When I asked her what was happening she said she doesn’t know. About 10 minutes later another driver came with a sign with my name on it and they spoke and laughed. I personally believe this woman was so terrible because she saw a group of 14 black people because she was extremely pleasant with everyone else who was not black.”

“I booked the service to bring us from the Rome airport to a hotel in Civitavecchia. Our driver brought us to a hotel with a similar name in Rome. We did not know the difference as we are from the United States and by the time we figured this out our driver was gone and it cost me another $200 American to take a taxi to the proper hotel”
